At By Bruno Amsterdam, every piece is carefully prepared by hand and shipped with love from Amsterdam.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are prepared with care in our studio.

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, except for dog tags that have processing time of up to 3 weeks

  • Personalised items may take a little longer

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped

Shipping Rates

We currently ship from the Netherlands and occasionaly Spain to the following destinations:

Netherlands

  • €3.95 standard shipping

Belgium

  • €7.95 standard shipping

European Union

  • €9.95 standard shipping

United Kingdom

  • €9.95 standard shipping

✨ Free shipping on orders over €60 for NL and €85 for EU.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands: 1-3 business days

  • EU : 3-7 business days

  • UK : 5-10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to postal delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Customs & Duties

Orders within the EU are shipped without additional customs fees.

Packaging

All orders are beautifully packaged and include our signature dust bag and box, making them perfect for gifting.
